How do I request a quote?
Use the form, call, email, or send a WhatsApp message. Tell us what kind of space you have, which service you need, your city or ZIP code, and any details that matter.
How is the price decided?
There is no public price list, because the price depends on the size and the real condition of the space. Pricing is discussed and confirmed directly before an appointment is scheduled.
Can I book online instead?
Yes. The booking link on the contact section opens our scheduling system, where you can pick a service and a time. We still confirm the details with you before the visit.
How far ahead should I book?
It depends on the community. Visits in the closer areas usually have more flexibility, while the communities at the edge of the service area are coordinated further in advance so travel fits the day.
The service itself
What types of cleaning are available?
Residential cleaning, small-office cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and regular maintenance.
What is the difference between deep and regular cleaning?
A regular cleaning maintains a home that is already in reasonable shape. A deep cleaning goes after buildup that has had months or years to settle, and it takes considerably longer. If it has been more than four to six months since a thorough cleaning, start with a deep cleaning.
Do you work in English and Spanish?
Yes. The service is bilingual, and you can get in touch in whichever language you prefer.

When are requests handled?
Contact hours are Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Appointment availability and service details are confirmed directly.
Do you serve my area?
Every service is offered across the communities listed on the service area page. Contact us with your city or ZIP code so availability can be confirmed.
Do you have a public storefront address?
No. Blandina House Cleaning LLC is a mobile service and does not publish a storefront address. We come to the home or workplace.
Does the website send my form to a server?
No. The contact form validates your details and prepares a WhatsApp message for you to review and send. You can also contact Blandina directly by phone or email.
