It started in 2002, with student apartments
Blandina Santiago Bautista has worked in cleaning since 2002. The first jobs were student apartments — high turnover, tight deadlines, and properties that had to be handed over ready for the next tenant.
From there the work widened into offices, industrial spaces, and private homes. Each of those has a different standard and a different rhythm, and having worked across all of them is what makes it possible to look at a space and know what it actually needs.
The LLC came six years ago
After years of working for others, Blandina founded her own LLC to offer the service directly: residential cleaning, small offices, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out, and regular maintenance.
Working independently changed one thing above all. There is no dispatcher deciding how long a job should take from a spreadsheet. The plan comes from seeing the space and talking to the person who lives or works in it.
How the work actually goes
Listen first, understand the space, confirm the plan, then clean. That order matters, because most disappointment in this trade comes from a mismatch between what was pictured and what was booked.
Service is bilingual, in English and Spanish. Availability is Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and scope and scheduling are confirmed directly before any appointment is set.
